Hilal Dogu is an experienced  English teacher and the director of Hilal Dogu Akademi. She has been carrying out Erasmus+ projects for 12 years.

Eda Özmen is the founder and principal of Elit Grup Koleji. With a professional background in Psychological Counseling and Guidance, she has led the institution in providing quality education for over 20 years. Elit Grup Koleji continues to be an active and respected presence in the education sector.

Emel Balım Malanöz is the school principal at Elit Grup Kolej and a dedicated biology teacher. With a strong background in science education, she has also established herself as an author, having written two books in her field of expertise. Her work reflects a commitment to academic excellence, innovative teaching methods, and the continuous development of both students and staff. 

Adalet Biltekin, lecturer at Istanbul Arel University department of Child Development and PhD student at Ankara Yildirim Beyazit University. 

Naz Doğu is a student of Translation and Interpreting Studies at Boğaziçi University. She has been actively involved in Erasmus+ projects for the past five years and has participated in over ten mobility programs. In addition to her academic pursuits, she works part-time as an administrative assistant at Hilal Doğu Akademi, contributing to the coordination and management of international educational projects. 

Maria Tachtsoglou is the Head Teacher at Dimotiko Scholeio Plateos Imathias in Greece. She actively supports European educational programs like Erasmus+ and eTwinning to enhance student learning and international cooperation. Under her leadership, the school participates in projects focused on sustainability, digital skills, and cultural exchange. Maria is committed to fostering an inclusive and inspiring learning environment.
